RETURNS
Request for the Return of a Toy must occur within 10 days of your receipt of the Toy.
If you need to return a toy, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please call Toll Free: 866-560-1049 and leave a message with your full name, phone number, and email.
We will review your request and call you and/or issue a RMA# via your email within 48 hours.
Please DO NOT return any item without authorization. The item will be returned to you.
Once we receive a Toy, the Toy is inspected for a clear MFG defect. If the toy is damaged due to mishandling
or abuse, you will be notified as to to our disposition of your claim.
Ride-on Toys are NOT subject to a Return to Toys for Little Boys. Please call the MFG Customer Service using the
printed materials you received with the delivery of your order.

REFUNDS
We will email notify you when your refund has been processed
Refunds are issued on the 1st and 15th of each month unless otherwise agreed with you.
When the refund is posted to your credit card depends on the your own credit card company.
We reserve the right to settle any grievance prior to you contacting your credit card company.
If you file a reversal with you credit card company as to non-delivery of your order or
any other grievance reason without first contacting Toys for Little Boys, you are subject to a
$50.00 charge for our processing expense.
