Transformer Toys
In the 80s, Transformers were regarded as a cutting-edge, new fangled toy that came on the market and inspired a whole world of kids. This was before kids started sending text messages each other or calling their mothers on wi-fi enabled cell phones. In the 80s, battles between the honorable Autobots and ne'r-do-well Decepticons in order to protect Earth became stuff of legend.
And it wasn't long until Autobot leader Optimus Prime and Decepticon leader Megatron transformed into heroes in their own right. To them, Transformers were the future.
Kids of today see Transformers as a complement to their already high-tech, anything-is-possible world. Today, it isn't enough to just own a Transformer figure or two; it is an all or nothing world where collecting Transformer toys is only part of the equation.
There are t-shirts, stickers, posters, coloring books, movies, cartoons, Legos and television shows to keep the Transformer universe alive and well for years to come.
Kids of the 80s are surely becoming parents of today, excited to introduce their kids to the magic of Transformer toys. Luckily, there are so many types of Transformers toys out there, that parents don't have to wait for the next generation of all-spark protectors to reach pre-teen years. Even toddlers can get in on the Transformer toy action. Want to know the best toys for your little boy? The Starscream Barrell Roll Blaster is one of more fun type of transformers today!
